A wedding as a surprise – quite spontaneously and surprisingly, the bride was proposed to just before the wedding in Murnau. I was already quite curious how she would react.
My first wedding coverage in 2021 has already been another great highlight.
Each of your wedding stories always enchants me anew and I am so grateful that you take me so into your hearts and I can always be a part of your personal wedding.
Again, there was an exciting “behind the scenes” story with these two. You see, I knew long before the bride was getting married. The groom’s sister called me at the beginning of the year and told me that her brother was already planning the wedding and also the date of the wedding, but that he hadn’t even asked his bride-to-be yet… He wanted to do this no earlier than a week before the wedding.
And yes – that’s how it actually was. Everyone was in on it, except the bride. A few days before the wedding he proposed and she said YES.
How exciting… Especially when you don’t have a dress and all the stores are currently closed because of Corona. About Kleiderkreisel it luckily still worked out in time and I find the dress and this sweet baby bump just perfect.
The mother in law has tied a, as I think, quite charming unique bridal bouquet with shells and made sweet hair wreaths for the bride and maid of honor.
Thus, everything was ready on time on the big day.
Full of anticipation, I drove through the enchanting winter landscape to the two in Murnau and picked them up at home. Directly in front of the front door of the two (and yes, the two are really to envy that they are allowed to live in our dreamlike alpine foothills) we have made some stormy wedding photos on a hill. And yes – it was freezing cold, because a terrible wind was going. The two of them held on quite bravely and were really rewarded with mega photos.
To warm up, we made a short stopover at the couple’s home before the registry office and quite spontaneously, sweet little Peppa was allowed to join us for the wedding photos. I love such real, spontaneous and authentic moments.
But then we had to go already… Due to Corona only the bride and groom, the two witnesses and luckily I was allowed to go to the registry office. Despite these restrictions, it was a beautiful civil wedding.
As a surprise, a small wedding cake was waiting for them at home. Even though Corona still restricts us insanely and they would have loved to celebrate with all their loved ones, I am sure that they had an unforgettable wedding day. Because what mainly counts is the love and that may fortunately continue to be.
I am happy about every wedding and find especially these small weddings always very touching. Give me your trust and I will accompany you at these very special moments.
