Wedding at the Tegernsee

As with many wedding couples in the Corona era, Lake Tegernsee had only become their wedding location by chance. Nevertheless, was gorgeous celebration in a beautiful setting.

If the planned wedding changes, this does not necessarily have to be a disadvantage. This was also the case with Michaela and Thomas. Originally, a wedding at Lake Starnberg with the whole family and many friends was planned.

However, the original location canceled their plans because it was too unsafe for the venue to host such a large wedding with Corona.

Without further ado, Michaela and Thomas then decided to move from a Saturday to a weekday and also to celebrate a wonderful civil wedding with only their closest friends and family. They chose the gorgeous registry office in Tegernsee – and also got married beautifully at Tegernsee.

We started with a first look directly at the lake. And both were visibly overwhelmed to see each other. The nervousness and anticipation for this special day was obvious. And that’s exactly why I love first look shoots. The whole thing still in this gorgeous mountain scenery at the Tegernsee is hard to beat.

Afterwards, there was a second emotional highlight just before the registry office, where Michaela was officially handed over to Thomas by her dad.

This was followed by a beautiful wedding ceremony at the registry office in Tegernsee. Afterwards we were allowed on the great balcony with view over the Tegernsee and the great panorama. And also there we were allowed to take some great photos – for a wedding photographer simply a dream.

Afterwards, the bride and groom were greeted and congratulated by their friends with a bubble parade as they left the registry office. After the family and group photos, it went to the celebration in the wonderful Freihaus Brenner in Bad Wiessee. In my eyes, this was a really great wedding with dream weather, loved ones and super locations. Thank you for your trust.
