Coaching sessions and workshops for photographers and beginners

Perhaps you have exactly these thoughts in your head. Whether you are good enough. Whether you already know everything. Whether you have to compare yourself to others and lose your own style in the process. Whether the time and investment are really worth it.

These questions are not an obstacle (believe me, I had them too); they are the starting point for my coaching sessions and workshops, which are based on my years of experience and my own coaching sessions.

You don’t have to reveal anything that doesn’t feel right. You don’t have to copy anything or throw away anything that makes you who you are. We work individually, respectfully, and on an equal footing. We look at what is already there, where you are stuck, and what would really help you move forward. Without pressure, without templates, without external expectations.

You take away what strengthens you, sorts things out, and creates clarity. So that you can make conscious decisions and continue on your own path with confidence and self-determination, becoming even better in the process.

Our Coachings & Workshops

Individual. Clear. Effective.

Coaching for photographers

This coaching is for photographers who feel stuck or want to move forward. We look at everything that influences your success: photography, positioning, pricing, processes, and decisions.

Together, we will analyze the areas in which you want to develop further, and I will use this to create a personalized coaching program for you. No standard procedures, no empty motivational phrases. Instead, honest feedback, structure, and experience. The goal is not change at any price, but clarity about what works for you.

Coaching that is tailored to you, not to a fixed concept.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching is for anyone who wants to do more than just tweak a few things. We work together over a longer period of time and look at you and your business as a whole.

Decisions, questions, growth, direction. You will have space to express yourself, rearrange things, and consciously develop further. Without comparison, without pressure. Instead, with depth, clarity, and a clear view from the outside.

This coaching won’t change everything. But it will change what is really holding you back.

Long-term support for sustainable development in photography and business.

Shoot with me

With “Shoot with me,” you’re not just a spectator—you’re right in the middle of the action. You accompany me on a real shoot and experience the processes, communication, and decisions live. I explain why I do what I do and answer your questions directly during the process.

You see how planning, leadership, and flexibility work together. Everything you learn can be adapted to your own style and integrated directly into your work.

Styled Shoots

Styled shoots are not an end in themselves. They are a tool. Together, we develop a clear concept, carefully select the location, style, and target audience, and then carry out the shoot.

You actively take photos and get the opportunity to expand your portfolio. I explain why some things work and others don’t.

At the end, you not only have strong images, but also a portfolio that specifically appeals to new customers.

Styled shoots that aren’t just pretty, but work for you.

Beginner Workshops

This workshop is for anyone who wants to go beyond simply operating their camera and truly understand it. I explain technology clearly, comprehensively, and without technical jargon.

We talk about settings, lighting, image composition, and motivation. You will learn to make conscious decisions and capture the images you have in your mind. No pressure, no prior knowledge required. Instead, you will gain confidence, understanding, and a new perspective on your photography.

Finally understand what the camera does and why images work.

Your Questions

Are the coaching sessions and workshops suitable for photographers or beginners?

My coaching sessions are aimed at photographers and beginners who want to develop their skills, regardless of their level.

You can be a beginner or a professional. The key thing is that you are looking for clarity, have questions, or realize that you are stuck at a certain point and cannot progress on your own.

I also offer a workshop for beginners to teach you the techniques and basic tips you need to get the most out of your camera.

Do I need coaching if I don't feel good enough yet?

Yes, that’s exactly when coaching can be useful. You don’t have to prove anything or show anyone anything.

We work with what is already there and develop it further. Without judgment, without comparison, and without pressure, but with experience and structure.

Is coaching worthwhile for photographers in the phase between beginner and professional?

This phase is often the most difficult. Many things work, but some things only feel “maybe” right.

In coaching, we bring order to your knowledge, sharpen decisions, and create clarity for the next step in your development in photography and business.

What happens if I don't understand something during coaching?

Then I’ll explain it differently. My goal is not to reel off facts, but to create understanding. That’s why we tailor the coaching specifically to you.

You can ask questions, repeat things, and address uncertainties at any time. Learning should feel safe and understandable.

Will I lose my style if I book coaching or a workshop?

No. Your style will not be changed, but made more conscious. I will not show you templates to copy, but will help you to see your own path more clearly.

You always decide for yourself what you take away and implement.

What exactly is different about your coaching sessions?

Many workshops are too general and designed for the masses. My coaching sessions are individualized and practical, and above all, tailored to you and your specific questions.

We don’t work with fixed content, but with your real issues that are close to your heart. This creates relevance and implementation instead of frustration and stagnation.

Is there enough practical experience in the coaching sessions and workshops?

Yes. Theory alone rarely helps. That’s why I always combine fundamentals with practical application. You see how things are implemented, understand the connections, and can directly apply what you’ve learned to your own work.

Is coaching for photographers worth the money?

Coaching is an investment in clarity, confidence, and better decisions. I myself have had many different coaching sessions and have gained something from each one.

It’s not about quick tricks, but about long-term impact. Many people only realize in retrospect how powerful a clear outside perspective can be.
