Wedding photos in Weilheim

What a great idea to take the restored Zündapp as a vehicle for the wedding…. The result was beautiful emotional photos in traditional costume with the moped.

Who knows me, knows that I’m up for any adventure and love it sooooo much to create wedding photos that are unique.

So, unsuspectingly, I went to Martina and Max. They wanted great memories for their civil wedding in August. I picked them up at their parents’ home, where dear Max saw his Martina for the first time. I just love these first look moments so much. Martina came out the front door wearing a gorgeous bridal dirndl. The two of them, like many in Bavaria, opted for the civil ceremony in traditional costume and the church wedding in white. I always think it’s great when traditions are kept on a day like this.

After the First Look it went off.

And here was already the first surprise for me. Max took his old Zündapp to the bridal couple shooting. How great – my photographer’s heart did somersaults. These will be unique wedding photos…

We drove off and I was already so excited about the location where they wanted to take pictures. Quite often I search together with the bride and groom for a heart place. But here was for the two already quite a long time, where they wanted to make photos. A very personal place for them. When these places exist, I am always overjoyed. Wedding photos in the place of the heart are simply even more personal than a place with no particular meaning.

Since the photo location of the two is a private estate, I had never been there before and I had the second surprise of this great wedding day.

A gorgeous location, where I initially did not even know where to start photographing. Just a perfect place with lots of wood, nature, great apple trees, a swing, an old gas pump and even its own little chapel. WOW WOW WOW… just look at the photos. I love every single one of them.

After wonderful bridal couple pictures for two, it was of course time to include the beautiful old lady. The Zündapp got its big appearance in the little love story. With a speedy ride for two over the dirt roads in our beautiful nature, it was then to the registry office, where the two gave their yes word. What a beautiful love story.

Even though I’ve seen these photos so many times – I can’t get enough of them….
