Wedding at Gut Kerschlach

Get married at Gut Kerschlach – in the middle of nature. Beautifully situated between Starnberg and Weilheim, it is the perfect location for an undisturbed wedding celebration.

You can not imagine how happy I am that I can live this wonderful profession as a photographer. For me, it’s more than just a job – photography is my passion.

It’s the personal stories that always fascinate me. Like Angela and Markus, who got married at the wonderful Gut Kerschlach near Pähl on Lake Starnberg.

As a horse owner, I have known and loved the Gut for some time now, as it is always the venue for great horse shows or the now very well-known and incredibly beautiful Christkindlmarkt (Christmas market).

Since recently, Gut Kerschlach also offers the opportunity to get married in a beautiful setting in nature. Beautifully located between Starnberg and Weilheim, it is simply gorgeous. The small chapel, the herb garden with the meadow (on which one could also make a free wedding ceremony) as well as the food. This is served by Sandra and Wolfgang Weigler and their team from WhoWantsIt – and I must tell you: This catering is an absolute highlight for every wedding.

And unbelievably beautiful rooms are also available inside the estate with a view roof chair and space for small as well as larger weddings.

But back to the wedding photos and the wedding of Angela and Markus: For me as a wedding photographer, I was lucky that we could photograph at two locations.

So we met already before the wedding for the First Look in Murnau, where we could make afterwards in the Murnauer Moos as well as in a nearby piece of forest these great, almost elf-like wedding photos. After the outdoor wedding (but in the registry office Pähl) we drove to the celebration in Kerschlach, where everyone could celebrate all exuberant gorgeous summer weather.
