Little Jonathan was the first baby born in Schongau hospital in 2021… just 8 days after the birth I was allowed to visit him at home with his parents in Schongau to capture the memories of the first days with newborn photos.

For me, newborn homestory photo shoots are always something very special and a great honor to be able to visit the little people so early. When I come to a family’s home to take baby photos, it’s great when a few spots are cleared for me in advance. I love to use either the sofa or the bed for family photos.

If you wish, I can also bring a small basket or different accessories for the beautiful newborn photos. But of course we will talk about this in advance.

When I then come to you, then we look together, which places we use in your home for your shooting. This also depends a lot on where the light is best and we also have enough space for everything.

Once we have everything prepared, we start very relaxed with the first photos of your little sweetheart alone. Then, of course, we continue with family photos or sibling photos and lots of detailed photos of the little feet and hands, or a lock of hair …

Personally, the photos between mom and baby and dad and baby are also very important to me. I think every parent radiates a very special love and it is the most beautiful thing when you remember these magical first moments after a few years. If you have kids, I’m sure you know this….

They grow up so incredibly fast and you often want to stop time and put it in a jam jar so that you never forget it again.
